titleOfInvention | Green coloring composition for solid-state image sensor and color filter for solid-state image sensor |
abstract | To provide a green coloring composition for a solid-state imaging device having excellent color separation and high transmittance, and a color filter for a solid-state imaging device using the same. The object is to provide a quinophthalone compound containing a colorant (A), a binder resin (B), and an organic solvent, wherein the colorant (A) is represented by the following general formula (1) and a phthalocyanine pigment. When the coating film is formed so that the spectral transmittance at a wavelength of 650 nm is 5%, the ratio T1 / T2 of the transmittance T1 at a wavelength of 475 nm and the transmittance T2 at a wavelength of 510 nm is less than 0.33. Spectral characteristics in which the wavelength at which the coating film has a spectral transmittance of 50% is in the range of 480 nm to 510 nm, the spectral transmittance at a wavelength of 540 nm is 80% or more, and the spectral transmittance at a wavelength of 450 nm is 10% or less. It is solved by the green coloring composition for solid-state image sensors characterized by having. [Selection figure] None |
