Operation method of reverse osmosis membrane device and reverse osmosis membrane device |
abstract |
In a reverse osmosis membrane treatment of raw water containing a large amount of biological metabolite-based organic substances that adsorb to a membrane and cause membrane contamination, the membrane fouling and flux decrease are suppressed, and the chemical cleaning frequency is reduced. A stable reverse osmosis membrane treatment is performed for a long time. SOLUTION: The number of membrane elements and the bank configuration so that the average value of the membrane surface concentration (Cm) of the biological metabolite-based organic substance for each reverse osmosis membrane element calculated by the following formula (1) is not more than a predetermined value X. The amount of permeated water, the amount of concentrated water, or the feed water concentration by pretreatment of raw water is adjusted, or a dispersant is added. Cm = Cb exp {Fp / (S ยท k)} Formula (1) k [m / s]: Mass transfer coefficient Fp [m3 / s] of membrane element: Permeated water amount S [m2] per membrane element: Membrane area per membrane element Cb [kg / m3]: Biometabolite organic matter concentration of water to be treated [Selection] Fig. 1 |
