abstract [Problem] In addition to Gleasons classification and TMN classification, a molecular marker technique is provided as a new diagnostic method, and prostate cancer can be detected even when using material collected by cell needle examination instead of material extracted at the time of surgery. Providing a determination kit and a determination method for determining (diagnosis) the malignancy of prostate cancer and predicting the prognosis of the patient by determining the malignancy more accurately and easily. A combination of a Gleasons classification and a new diagnostic method, a molecular marker technique using an anti-LAT1 monoclonal antibody, using a biopsy material at an early stage before surgery.
