titleOfInvention | Joining method using laser light |
abstract | When a design layer is interposed between a first member and a second member, the bonding strength of the first member and the second member is sufficiently increased while avoiding melting and decomposition of the design layer. A laser joining intermediate member 40 for joining the first and second members 10 and 20 and the second member 20 are overlapped, and then the laser joining intermediate member 40 is heated by irradiating laser light. After performing the first laser light irradiation to be bonded to the second member 20, the first member 10 is overlapped with the laser bonding intermediate member 40 and then toward the design layer 30 so as not to exceed the melting and decomposition temperature of the design layer 30. By performing the second laser light irradiation that irradiates the laser light for heating the design layer 30 until the temperature reaches the temperature, the laser bonding intermediate member 40 is heated by the heat of the design layer 30 to thereby form the first and second members 10. , 20 are joined.
