A polysiloxane having two or more alkenyl groups bonded to a silicon atom, a polysiloxane cross-linking agent having two or more hydrogen atoms bonded to a silicon atom, a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, and a compound represented by the formula (I): The glycoluril compound is contained at a ratio of 0.1 to 50 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the weight of the polysiloxane and the weight of the polysiloxane crosslinking agent.
