abstract |
An analysis substrate capable of improving the quantitativeness of a detection target is provided. An analysis substrate includes a substrate and a concave portion and a convex portion formed on the surface of the substrate. The concave portion 12 constitutes a hydrophilic portion P having hydrophilicity by a hydrophilic group generated on the surface of the substrate 10. The convex part 11 has hydrophobicity and constitutes a hydrophobic part P to which a specific biopolymer that binds to a biopolymer to be detected is fixed. [Selection] Figure 1 |
