Disclosed is an immune complex having specificity for CD138, and a method of using the same, which reduces adhesion of CD138-expressing tumor cells to stromal cells. A method of reducing stromal cell adhesion to CD138-expressing tumor cells in a tumor cell of a subject in need thereof, wherein the tumor cells are immunized targeting the CD138-expressing tumor cells. Inoculating the complex in an amount effective to reduce stromal cell adhesion to CD138-expressing tumor cells, and optionally adding further cytotoxic agents to the tumor cells, And a step of inoculating an amount for at least one of inhibition, delay and prevention. This reduced adhesion makes the tumor cells more sensitive not only to immune complexes but also to other agents, particularly cytotoxic agents. [Selection figure] None |
