abstract |
The present invention provides a method for preparing a bioactive polypeptide conjugate in which a non-peptide polymer is regiospecifically bound to a bioactive polypeptide in high yield. In the method for preparing a position-specific bioactive polypeptide conjugate of the present invention, a bioactive polypeptide is treated with a non-peptidic polymer under alcohol and a specific pH, and the alcohol is used from the reaction mixture. The physiologically active polypeptide conjugate is separated and purified by ion exchange chromatography. [Selection] Figure 3 |
