abstract |
The object of the present invention is to provide a heat-melt-extruded product by a method simpler than a heat-melt extrusion composition and a spray-drying method, in which there is no inactivation of the drug due to heat or the like by heat-melt extrusion at a lower temperature than before. A method for producing an extruded product is provided. A composition for hot melt extrusion comprising at least a hypromellose acetate succinate (HPMCAS) having a molar substitution degree of hydroxypropoxy group of 0.40 or more and a drug is provided. In addition, a composition for heating and melt extrusion containing at least a hypromellose acetate succinate having a hydroxypropoxy group molar substitution degree of 0.40 or more and a drug is obtained at a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the hypromellose acetate succinate or a hypromellose acetate succinate. Provided is a method for producing a heated melt extrudate, comprising at least a step of heat melting at a heat melting temperature equal to or higher than a temperature at which both an acid ester and a drug are melted, and extruding.
