abstract | Provided is a DC-DC converter capable of realizing a high-speed clock operation and a high-speed load fluctuation response while achieving high efficiency. A DC-DC converter includes a reference voltage generation circuit, one end of which generates a reference voltage at the output voltage terminal. The DC-DC converter includes a modulation clock signal generation circuit that generates a modulation clock signal. The DC-DC converter includes a modulator that outputs a reference signal obtained by applying a modulation synchronized with the modulation clock signal to the reference voltage. The DC-DC converter includes a first comparator that compares a reference signal with a first feedback signal based on the output voltage and outputs a signal based on the comparison result. The DC-DC converter includes a driver that shapes a PWM signal based on the signal output from the first comparator and outputs the waveform to the control node. [Selection] Figure 1 |
