titleOfInvention Crystal device
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device capable of reducing fluctuations in oscillation frequency of a crystal element. A crystal device is provided along a substrate 110, an electrode pad 111 provided on an upper surface of the substrate 110, an external terminal 112 provided on a lower surface of the substrate 110, and an outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of the substrate 110. The conductive portion 116, the crystal element 120 mounted on the electrode pad 111 of the substrate 110, the sealing lid 130 provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110 in order to hermetically seal the crystal element 120, and the conductive portion 116. And a bonding member 150 provided between the upper surface of the sealing lid 130 and the lower surface of the sealing lid 130. By doing so, since the conductor part 116 is provided so as to surround the crystal element 120, it is possible to prevent external electromagnetic wave noise from being blocked by the conductor part 116 and superimposing the external electromagnetic wave noise on the crystal element 120. .
