An object of the present invention is to provide a polymer cement grout material for repairing a submarine tunnel, which has both performance as a mortar for repairing a submarine tunnel and performance as a grout material for repair. Also, provide a repair method for submarine tunnels that can provide a highly durable submarine tunnel. SOLUTION: To 100 parts by mass of early-strength cement, 0.5 to 2.0 parts by mass of a water reducing agent, a polymer dispersion in a nonvolatile component amount of more than 10 parts by mass and 22 parts by mass or less, and water of 45 to 60 parts by mass A submarine tunnel repairing polymer cement grout material containing a part and fine aggregate; and a submarine tunnel repairing method using the same.
