abstract [PROBLEMS] To effectively transfer moisture and moisture from a hydrous gel layer during production and storage, and to effectively transfer moisture between layers in a sheet during use. The present invention relates to a skin patch sheet. SOLUTION: A fiber layer (A-1) containing 5% by mass or more and 45% by mass or less of water-absorbing fibers, and containing more water-absorbing fibers than the content of water-absorbing fibers in the fiber layer (A-1). The fiber layer (A) and the water-containing polymer gel layer (B) provided with the fiber layer (A-2) are laminated, and the fiber layer (A-1) and the water-containing polymer gel layer (B) are adjacent to each other.
