abstract An information communication method that enables communication with various devices is provided. In this information communication method, a step (SK71) of determining a plurality of luminance change patterns by modulating each of a plurality of signals to be transmitted and each of a plurality of light emitters are determined. A transmission step (SK72) for transmitting a signal to be transmitted by changing the luminance according to any one of the plurality of luminance change patterns. In step (SK72), each of the plurality of light emitters is transmitted. Is such that either one of two types of light having different luminances is output for each of the plurality of light emitters for each predetermined time unit for the light emitter.
