titleOfInvention | Solid-state laser device and nonlinear measurement device using the same |
abstract | In a solid-state laser device configured to excite a gain medium with a plurality of excitation light sources, the region where the excitation light beams overlap with each other by intersecting the beam waist of the excitation light beam at an angle θ (0 <θ) at the condensing position is narrow. Therefore, the excitation efficiency cannot be sufficiently increased. The solid-state laser according to the present invention includes an output including a first light and a second light having a wavelength different from that of the first light and modulated with respect to the first light. A non-linear measurement apparatus comprising: a light source unit that emits light; a condensing optical system that collects the output light and irradiates the subject; and a detection unit that detects the first light that has passed through the subject. And the said light source part is provided with the solid-state laser apparatus of any one of Claim 1 thru | or 8. [Selection] Figure 1 |
