abstract |
Disclosed is an immediate-release tablet having excellent binding and disintegrating properties and excellent storage stability. A composite granulated product comprising at least a low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose having a hydroxypropoxy group substitution degree of 5 to 16% by mass and D-mannitol, which is contained in the D-mannitol. A composite granulated product having a D-sorbitol content of 0.9% by mass or less, an immediate release tablet containing at least this composite granulated product and a drug, and a hydroxypropoxy group substitution degree of 5 to 16% by mass A step of obtaining a water dispersion by blending substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, first D-mannitol and water, and adding the obtained water dispersion to the second D-mannitol for granulation A granulated product comprising at least a granulating step, wherein the total content of D-sorbitol contained in the first and second D-mannitols is 0.9% by mass or more.
