abstract | The present invention provides organic pigment particles having both high contrast and dispersion stability required for color filters. An organic pigment solution in which an organic pigment is dissolved in a good solvent, and a solvent that is compatible with the good solvent and that is a poor solvent for the organic pigment, are provided in different raw material supply channels (A, B), and the two liquids are mixed in the outlet channel (C) connected to the raw material supply channel to form pigment particles, the fluid in the supply channel is 1000 to 10,000 Reynolds number.
