abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a cured product film that can increase the accuracy of forming a fine cured product film and can improve the adhesion of the cured product film. A method for producing a curable film according to the present invention comprises a coating step of applying a photocurable and thermosetting liquid curable composition 12 using an ink jet device 11; A first light irradiation step of irradiating the curable composition 12 with light from the one light irradiation portion 13 and a heating step of heating the pre-cured material film 12A irradiated with the light. In the application step, the curable composition 12 is applied while being circulated in the ink jet apparatus 11. [Selection] Figure 1 |
