abstract | [PROBLEMS] To perform vulcanization according to the composition of each part constituting a tire and suppress over-curing to maintain the characteristics of each part, while maintaining the adhesive strength at the interface of each part ring as compared with the prior art. A pneumatic tire and a method for producing the same are provided. A pneumatic tire 10 is a pneumatic tire formed by bonding a rim guard 12 and a tire member 14 having a configuration other than the rim guard 12 using an adhesive, vulcanized under different vulcanization conditions. The adhesive comprises a polythiol compound (A), an isocyanate group-containing compound (B), and a radical generator (C). The total mole of thiol groups contained in the blended polythiol compound (A). The pneumatic tire whose ratio (isocyanate group / thiol group) of the total number of moles of isocyanate groups contained in the isocyanate group-containing compound (B) to be blended is 0.2 or more and 0.78 or less.
