abstract A pressure-sensitive sensor and an input device capable of improving detection accuracy are provided. A pressure-sensitive sensor 60 includes a spacer 63 having an opening 631, a first electrode substrate 61 and a second electrode substrate 62 arranged to face each other with the spacer 63 interposed therebetween, and a first electrode substrate 61. A first electrode 612 provided at a position corresponding to the opening 631; and a lower electrode 622 provided at a position corresponding to the opening 631 in the second electrode substrate 62 and facing the first electrode 612. The center C1 of the first electrode 612 and the center C2 of the lower electrode 622 are each eccentric in a predetermined direction with respect to the center of the opening 631 in plan view.
