abstract | The present invention can be synthesized in a shorter time than a conventional dendrimer (liquid crystal aligning agent) and can be added to a liquid crystal component as much as a conventional dendrimer (liquid crystal aligning agent) without relying on an alignment film. A liquid crystal aligning agent capable of controlling the alignment of liquid crystal molecules, a liquid crystal composition using the same, and a liquid crystal display device are provided. A liquid crystal aligning agent comprising a polymer having a dendron side chain. In addition, the liquid crystal composition includes a liquid crystal component and the liquid crystal aligning agent 10.
