The present invention provides methods for early diagnosis, screening, follow-up treatment and prognosis for colorectal cancer. A method for determining colorectal cancer in a patient by determining the presence of an ezrin epitope consisting of a specific amino acid sequence and ezrin in a biological sample taken from a human patient for in vitro diagnosis of colorectal cancer. A method for in vitro diagnosis that can be used both for early diagnosis, screening, follow-up treatment and prognosis, and for recurrence diagnosis for colorectal cancer. [Selection figure] None |
