abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a graft copolymer suitable as a material for a thermoplastic resin composition capable of obtaining a molded article having excellent impact resistance, surface smoothness, and pigment colorability and hardly causing bronzing, and a thermoplastic resin composition Offer. An average particle size of 100 to 100 is obtained by radical polymerization of 3 to 20% by mass of two or more types of polyorganosiloxanes having different average particle sizes and 80 to 97% by mass of an alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer. A graft copolymer obtained by graft-polymerizing a specific monomer to a composite rubber polymer of ˜300 nm, wherein the two or more types of polyorganosiloxanes have an average particle size of 30 to 60 nm. Including at least one polyorganosiloxane (Ss) and a second polyorganosiloxane (Sm) having an average particle diameter of 100 to 200 nm, and a mass ratio ((Ss) :( Sm)) of 10 to 50 : 90-50 graft copolymer.
