titleOfInvention | Coloring agent for calcium-based reaction curable material, method for producing colorant, and method for producing colored cured product |
abstract | 【Task】 Conventionally, pigments and dyes have been used for coloring calcium-based hydraulic reaction-curable materials (concrete, mortar, etc.) and calcium-based airborne reaction-curable materials (such as plaster, gypsum). There are problems such as fading, color unevenness, strength reduction due to the addition of colorant, and high cost. [Solution] The coloring agent which coat | covered the hardening body film of the same kind material as the calcium-type reaction hardening material of thickness 0.5-20 micrometers on the surface of the colored resin powder. No color fading or color unevenness is obtained by adding the colorant to the water slurry containing the calcium-based reaction curable material at a volume ratio of 5 to 50% with respect to the calcium-based reaction curable material and kneading the mixture. Thus, a colored cured body having no strength reduction can be produced. [Selection] Figure 1 |
