abstract | Kind Code: A1 The present invention relates to a baked confectionery form obtained after baking, in which at least one protein raw material of um or concentrated soybean protein and dietary fiber are mixed with three branched chain amino acids of isoleucine, leucine and valine which are active ingredients. In the branched chain amino acid-containing comprehensive nutritional food, it becomes hard after baking, so that it is difficult to take it especially for elderly people, and there is a possibility that it often breaks during transportation. SOLUTION: A branched chain amino acid of isoleucine, leucine, and valine is blended in an amount of 3.0 to 5.0 g per 100 kcal, and 9 to 16% by mass of a soybean material made from full fat soybean or defatted soybean as a raw material and gluten A comprehensive nutritional food in the form of a baked confectionery containing 5 to 10% by mass of at least one of 1.5 to 3.0% by mass, honey, liquid sugar, syrup and reduced candy, and a method for producing the same.
