To provide a recorded matter having a pattern (printing layer) excellent in glossiness and abrasion resistance. A recorded matter of the present invention has a recording medium and a printing layer. The printing layer 2 includes the metal powder 21 and the fluorine-containing powder 22. When the printing layer 2 is viewed in plan, the constituent particles of the fluorine-containing powder 22 that are exposed on the surface of the printing layer 2 are printed. The number of layer 2 per unit area is 0.20 / μm 2 or more and 3.0 / μm 2 or less. The constituent particles of the fluorine-containing powder preferably include at least one of particles composed of a fluorine-based polymer and inorganic fine particles treated with a fluorine-based surface treatment agent.
