abstract | To provide a simple and highly productive production method for obtaining B-type carbonate apatite with high purity and a method for producing B-type carbonate apatite fine particles suitable for coating applications. SOLUTION: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate and a carbonate of 0.2 molar ratio or higher or a hydrogen carbonate of 0.4 molar ratio or more are mixed in water and reacted.
