titleOfInvention | Preparation method of sugar chain sample for electrochemical detection |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a glycan sample realized by using a glycan capture substance and suitable for electrochemical detection. In the method for preparing a chain sample, in the washing step of the carrier that has captured the sugar chain, a protein solubilizing agent such as sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) or Tween 20 is used by using a substance having a higher redox potential than the sugar chain. It was found that the separated sugar chain can be efficiently detected by an electrochemical method after separation by liquid chromatography. [Selection figure] None |
