titleOfInvention | Resin composition for insulating sheet, insulating sheet, and semiconductor module |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce voids mixed in an insulating sheet during the production of the insulating sheet and voids generated between the adherend and the insulating sheet when the insulating sheet is thermally welded to the adherend. Another object is to provide a resin composition. The coating includes an epoxy resin, an inorganic filler, and an organic solvent capable of dissolving the epoxy resin, and is applied to a substrate and dried to form a coating on the substrate. A resin composition for an insulating sheet used for forming an insulating sheet having an insulating layer, further comprising at least one of a high boiling point organic solvent having a boiling point higher than that of the organic solvent, and a sublimable solid, the high boiling point The total content of the organic solvent and the sublimable solid is 0.1 parts by mass or more and 1.5 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass in total of the epoxy resin and the inorganic filler. A resin composition for a sheet is provided. [Selection figure] None |
