abstract | Provided is an adhesive for moisture-permeable and waterproof material that exhibits sufficient adhesive strength in aging for a short time and has excellent texture and water pressure resistance of the obtained moisture-permeable and waterproof material. A transparent resin comprising a polyurethane resin having a hydroxyl group obtained by reacting an active hydrogen component containing an oxyethylene group-containing polymer diol with an organic polyisocyanate component, and an organic polyisocyanate-based crosslinking agent (C). It is an adhesive for moisture waterproof material, and the active hydrogen component contains the compound (S1) represented by the general formula (1), or the adhesive for moisture permeable waterproof material is represented by the general formula (1) An adhesive for moisture-permeable and waterproof material containing the compound (S).
