Novel cardiac progenitor (stem) cell regulator with highly efficient cardiac cell differentiation ability |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a control factor capable of controlling cardiac progenitor cells and cardiac stem cell groups in common and fate differentiation / induction from embryonic stem cells to cardiac progenitor cells. Another object of the present invention is to develop a method capable of providing cardiac progenitor cells / cardiac stem cells with high efficiency using such control factors. The inventors of the present invention have conducted screening studies of candidate factors that are characteristically expressed in heart cells. Finally, 15 candidate factors are picked up from the results of searches such as co-expression with markers characteristic of cardiomyocytes, and two of them are factors that are common to cardiac stem cells. I found. [Selection figure] None |
