titleOfInvention Infrared detector
abstract An infrared detector capable of improving the S / N ratio is provided. An infrared detector includes an infrared detector element having a first pyroelectric element for receiving light and a second pyroelectric element for temperature compensation formed on one pyroelectric substrate. And a package 29 in which the infrared detection element 20a is housed. In the infrared detecting element 20a, a first pyroelectric element 22 and a second pyroelectric element 23 are connected in anti-series. The package 29 is arranged so as to close the window hole 29c from the inside of the cap 29b, and is capable of transmitting infrared rays, with a base 29a, a cap 29b, a window hole 29c formed in the top plate portion 29ba of the cap 29b. 29w and a resin layer 33 formed on the lower surface 29bd on the infrared detection element 20a side of the top plate portion 29ba. The resin layer 33 is formed so as to cover the entire region of the lower surface 29bd where the window material 29w does not overlap. [Selection] Figure 1
