abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a blow-molded container excellent in appearance, in which the occurrence of defects such as gelled blisters and streaks due to melt molding, coloring and odor are suppressed, and the EVOH-containing resin composition used has a self-purge property. It is an object of the present invention to provide a blow molded container that is good, has a quality such as sufficient strength, and can be manufactured at low cost. The present invention is a blow-molded container comprising a first layer 1 mainly composed of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (I), and optionally a second layer or less 2 to 4 made of a thermoplastic resin. The blow molded container is characterized in that the first layer contains a saturated aldehyde (II), and the content of the saturated aldehyde (II) in the first layer is 0.01 ppm or more and 100 ppm or less.
