In particular, we provide heat-resistant resin compositions that can be suitably used as food containers for microwave ovens and foams using the same. To do. [Solution] A heat resistant resin composition comprising 96 to 50 parts by mass of a styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer, 3 to 25 parts by mass of polyphenylene ether, and 1 to 25 parts by mass of syndiotactic polystyrene. However, the total amount of each resin component in the heat resistant resin is 100 parts by mass. [Selection figure] None
