Magnetic resonance system with implantable components and method of use |
abstract |
A nuclear magnetic resonance system for measuring a magnetic resonance signal in vivo and various methods using such a nuclear magnetic resonance system are provided. A nuclear magnetic resonance system includes an RF circuit having an RF coil, a probe head that is partially or fully implantable in an implantation target, and an inductive coupling with the RF circuit disposed outside the body of the implantation target. And an external coil that forms an RF resonance circuit, and a control unit that is disposed outside the body to be implanted and connected to the external coil. A magnet for generating a magnetic field or a magnetic field generating means is embedded together with the probe head or arranged outside the target to be embedded. A sample region formed in the RF coil contains sensor particles. The control unit controls the RF resonance circuit, and magnetic resonance signals are acquired and processed. [Selection] Figure 2A |
