titleOfInvention | Crystal device |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device capable of reducing poor conduction while suppressing solder erosion at an upper end portion of a conductor portion. A crystal device includes a substrate 110, an electrode pad 111 provided on an upper surface of the substrate 110, an external terminal 112 provided on a lower surface of the substrate 110, and an electrode pad provided on an upper surface and a lower surface of the substrate 110. 111 and the wiring pattern 113 electrically connected to the external terminal 112, the conductor portion 114 provided on the side surface of the substrate 110 and electrically connected to the wiring pattern 113, and the electrode pad 111 of the substrate 110. In order to hermetically seal the quartz crystal element 120 and the quartz crystal element 120, a sealing lid 130 provided on the top surface of the substrate 110, and a top surface of the substrate 110 and a bottom surface of the sealing lid body 130 are provided. And the joining member 150 is provided so as to cover the upper end of the conductor portion 114. [Selection] Figure 2 |
