abstract | A heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having high thermal conductivity and high tensile strength and a heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet-like molded article are provided. A surface treatment with 100 parts by mass of an acrylic resin composition (A) containing a (meth) acrylic acid ester polymer (A1) and a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer (α1), and a silane coupling agent. 50 to 1000 parts by mass of the thermally conductive filler (B) that has not been subjected to heat treatment, 30 to 700 parts by mass of the thermally conductive filler (C) that has been surface-treated using a silane coupling agent, and the silane coupling agent (D) 0.05-6 mass parts and a dispersing agent (E) 0.5-30 mass parts, The total amount of the said heat conductive filler (B) and the said heat conductive filler (C) is 250-1300.
