abstract | The present invention provides a heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet-like molded article having excellent heat conductivity and flexibility and good appearance. 100 parts by weight of a (meth) acrylic resin composition (A) containing a (meth) acrylic acid ester polymer (A1) and a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer (α1), and a silane coupling agent 50 to 1000 parts by mass of the thermally conductive filler (B) that has not been surface-treated and 30 to 700 parts by mass of the thermally conductive filler (C) that has been surface-treated with a silane coupling agent, and a silane coupling agent ( D) 0.05 to 6 parts by mass, and the total of the thermally conductive filler (B) not surface-treated with the silane coupling agent and the thermally conductive filler (C) surface-treated with the silane coupling agent A heat conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive composition obtained by performing a polymerization reaction of at least the (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer (α1) in a mixed composition having an amount of 250 to 1300 parts by mass.
