Waterproof sound-permeable membrane, waterproof sound-permeable member including the same, electronic device, case for electronic device, and waterproof sound-permeable structure |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To secure the characteristics of sound transmitted even when the effective area is reduced while preventing the intrusion of water from the outside into the casing when placed in an opening of the casing of an electronic device or the like. Provides a waterproof sound-permeable membrane. A non-porous resin film in which a plurality of through holes penetrating in the thickness direction is formed, and an opening is formed on a main surface of the resin film at a position corresponding to the plurality of through holes. Provided with a liquid repellent layer, the diameter of the through-hole is 4.0 μm or more and 12.0 μm or less, and is 2.0 cm 3 / (cm 2 · sec) in terms of the number of fragile measured in accordance with JIS L1096. A waterproof sound-permeable membrane having an air permeability of 50 cm 3 / (cm 2 · sec) or less in the thickness direction is used. [Selection] Figure 1A |
