titleOfInvention | Novel hypervalent iodine compound having a 5-X (X = F, Cl, Br) -1,2-benziodoxol-3- (1H) -one moiety |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a highly reactive and easy to remove and recover monovalent iodine compound produced as a by-product in an oxidation reaction using a trivalent hypervalent iodine compound. Development of new trivalent hypervalent iodine compounds. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a novel supervalent trivalent compound having a 5-X (X = fluorine atom, chlorine atom, or bromine atom) -1,2-benziodoxol-3- (1H) -one moiety is provided. A valent iodine compound was developed. This makes it possible to oxidize compounds that could not be oxidized by conventional trivalent hypervalent iodine compounds, and monovalent iodine compounds by-produced after the oxidation reaction are removed and recovered by washing and extraction operations. As a result, the problem was solved. [Selection figure] None |
