Meningococcal multivalent native outer membrane vesicle vaccine, its production method and use thereof Neisseria meningitidis is the leading cause of meningitis and sepsis worldwide. The technology of the present invention provides a native outer membrane vesicle from at least one genetically modified strain of Neisseria that provides protective immunity against meningococcal disease, more preferably subtype B meningococcal disease A vaccine composition comprising (NOMV) is provided.
