titleOfInvention | Surface treatment agent used for oxidizable metal particles, surface treatment method, and metal particles subjected to the treatment |
abstract | The present invention effectively removes organic contaminants such as oils adhering to the surface of easily oxidizable metal particles produced by a water atomization method and an oxide film formed on the surface of the particles, and further re-oxidation after that. Provided is a surface treating agent that can be prevented. Provided is a surface treatment method of the oxidizable metal particles using the treatment agent, and provides oxidizable metal particles subjected to the surface treatment. SOLUTION: The oxidizability produced by a water atomization method using an aqueous surface treating agent containing at least one selected from glycol ether compounds represented by a specific formula and an organic acid having 1 to 12 carbon atoms. Treat the surface of the metal particles. Furthermore, the surface treatment method of the oxidizable metal particle which makes an imidazole type compound or a triazole compound contact. The metal particles are made of at least one selected from Cu, Co, Fe, Zn, Al, Ti, V, Su, Ni, Cr, Mn, Zr, Mo, In, Sb, and an alloy group thereof. [Selection figure] None |
