abstract | A viewing angle characteristic is improved by varying a voltage applied to a liquid crystal element. One aspect of the present invention is a liquid crystal display device having three or more liquid crystal elements in one pixel and having different voltage values applied to the liquid crystal elements. In order to vary the voltage applied to each liquid crystal element, an element for dividing the applied voltage is arranged. In order to vary the applied voltage, a capacitor, a resistor, a transistor, or the like is used. [Selection] Figure 23 |
