titleOfInvention | Method for producing radioactive halogen-labeled compound |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for efficiently producing a radiohalogen-labeled compound. A method for producing a radiohalogen-labeled compound represented by the formula: Sub-X (wherein Sub represents a substrate and X represents a radiohalogen atom), comprising: (1) a phase transfer catalyst; A step of reacting a polymer compound containing a substrate with a radioactive halide ion under existing conditions, (2) a formula liberated from the polymer compound: Sub-OH (wherein Sub represents a substrate). A step of bonding a by-product with a compound having an isocyanate group, (3) a step of removing a by-product bonded to the compound having an isocyanate group, and (4) a reaction between the polymer compound and a radioactive halide ion. A method for producing a radiohalogen-labeled compound, comprising a step of obtaining a radiohalogen-labeled compound from a product. [Selection figure] None |
