abstract The present invention provides an extract of Shimatani Watari and its use for use in the manufacture of drugs for improving prostate diseases or health foods. Pyropheophorbide a methyl ester, pheophorbide a methyl ester, 1-linoleic acid-3-linolenic acid-glyceride, 1-linolenic acid-2,3-dipalmitic acid-glyceride and 1,3-dipalmitin It is an extract of Shimatani Watari containing acid-glyceride. This extract can be produced by a method comprising a solvent extraction step and a column chromatography step. In the solvent extraction step, one extraction solvent is used, and an extraction process is performed on a single sample of the spotted butterfly. The weight-volume ratio of the sample and extraction solvent is 50-60 mg / ml.
