titleOfInvention Genes for producing ionized hydrogen water, enzymes, chemicals, ionized hydrogen water production method, ionized hydrogen water production equipment
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene and an enzyme for producing ionized hydrogen water. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A gene for producing ionized hydrogen water according to the present invention converts para-type hydrogen molecules in water into ortho-type hydrogen molecules at room temperature and normal pressure, and further converts ortho-type hydrogen molecules into H + ions and H - a gene to produce ionized hydrogen water by carrying out the reaction of ionizing the ion. Preferably, the gene is a gene encoding a degrading hydrogenase enzyme that catalyzes a reaction of decomposing hydrogen molecule H 2 to generate H + ions and H − ions. [Selection] Figure 2
