abstract |
An insulating heat conductive sheet having further improved heat dissipation and insulation is provided. An insulating heat conductive sheet of the present invention includes a fluororesin containing polytetrafluoroethylene and a heat conductive filler. The heat conductive filler includes diamond particles and heat conductive inorganic particles excluding the diamond particles.
