Method for producing 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To produce 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene (HFO-1234yf) using a chloropropene compound as a raw material, and a high selectivity in a production method suitable for implementation on an industrial scale. Providing a production method capable of obtaining HFO-1234yf and suppressing deterioration of the catalyst. A method for producing HFO-1234yf, comprising the following first reaction step and second reaction step. (1) In the absence of a catalyst, at least one chlorine-containing compound selected from chloropropene represented by the formula: CZ 2 = CClCH 2 Cl (each Z is the same or different, Cl or F) and fluorine A first reaction step in which hydrogen fluoride reacts in a gas phase with heating; (2) in the presence of a fluorination catalyst, the reaction product obtained in the first reaction step and hydrogen fluoride are heated. No second reaction process [selection diagram] for reacting in a gas phase |
