titleOfInvention Biological and chemical microscopic targeting
abstract Provided is a technique capable of monitoring particulate matter (PM) in the atmosphere for the effect of particles on climatic processes and human health and investigation of atmospheric transport and deposition of pollutants. Biological and chemical substances often contain many molecular bonds that combine carbon (C) and hydrogen (H). These bonds share electrons, and this bond is optically activated by light. The interaction of incident light with the C—H molecular bond is Raman scattering that spectrally shifts the incident light in proportion to the polarizability of the electrons bonding the C—H atoms, C—H, C—H 2. And for the C—H 3 bond system, the spectral shift is about 3000 cm −1, which is lower than the incident light energy. Detect substances possessing C- Hx (x = 1, 2 or 3) by utilizing this fundamental spectral shift in combination with optical microscopy. [Selection] Figure 1
