Genetically modified process and composition of transformed FVII, mostly in glycans and di antennal bisialylated, non-fucose forms |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to realize a method for preparing a composition while using the composition as a pharmaceutical in a genetic recombination process and a transformed FVII composition. To this end, each FVII molecule of the composition has a glycan form attached to an N-glycosylation site and is di antennal and bisialylated among all the molecules of FVII of the composition. The proportion of glycan forms that are free and unfucose is the majority of all glycan forms bound to the N-glycosylation site of FVII of the composition. [Selection] Figure 1 |
